The timeline keeps delivering. This week alone, we saw the Crypto Ball, the launch of $TRUMP and $MELANIA memecoins, TikTok go dark and then come back, and Twitter somehow reach peak cringe. We want one thing, but we keep getting something else—a quieter, more insidious gaslighting. We were promised freedom and DOGE, but now we’re actively entertaining ideas like conquering Greenland, Canada, and the Panama Canal. Make it make sense. This ain’t it.
It feels like we’re being fed bread and violence in the coliseum while nothing actually improves. A vibe shift? Sure, maybe. But what happens in a few months? What happens when the next “big thing” happens, but it’s on Trump’s watch? Will he honor his promises? Highly doubtful. You’ll get an inch, and the state will take a mile. That’s how it always works. The state doesn’t lose—only the individual does.
And yeah, sure, I’m happier with Trump over whatever Manchurian candidate the fake left would’ve rolled out. But let’s be real: it’s the same game, just playing at a different tempo with a different soundtrack.
Tomorrow, he’s officially in office. We’ll see what happens, but I’m not holding my breath. Operation Warp Speed was successful on his watch and the dialectics are in place for something much more sinister than what happened in 2020. Hang on tight or start running.
